Get results in days, not monthsResults in days, not monthsFew clients search as cautiously as someone whose family's future depends on a government process. They have been warned about notarios, about forms that cost money when they should not, about ads that sound too good. They read slowly, often in a second language, often on a phone, often with a cousin looking over the shoulder. Our work is to make an attorney's firm easy to find, easy to understand and obviously real: search visibility in English and Spanish, an accurate Google Business Profile, paid ads that respect your advertising rules, AI search, and a website that answers the question "is this a lawyer I can trust?" in the first screen. Plans begin at $495 a month; nothing is due up front and nothing ties you in.
A boundary before we begin: attorney advertising is regulated state by state, and nothing here is legal advice. Every plan we write is meant to be reviewed against your own bar's rules before it goes live.
The searcher
Picture a mother in a kitchen after the children are asleep. Her husband's work permit renewal is late, and a notice has arrived in an envelope she does not fully understand. She types a short phrase into her phone, probably in Spanish, probably misspelled, possibly with a question mark and no city. Whatever she sees first, she will open. Whatever feels unlike a scam, she will save. The next morning she will ask a neighbor which office to call. What she needs to find is an immigration lawyer whose page speaks to her situation, in her language, with a real office behind it.
That small scene explains most of what is different about marketing for an immigration practice. The decision is emotional and slow, the stakes are the household, and the buyer is often not the client: a spouse, a parent, an adult child or an employer's HR coordinator may do the searching. Language matters, but so does register. A page that is correct yet stiff reads like a government form. A page that is warm but vague reads like a notario's flyer.
So we begin every engagement by asking who actually does the typing for each of your case types, in what language, on what device and at what hour, and then we build the pages, the profile and the ads to meet that person. Visibility without trust is wasted on this audience, and trust without visibility never finds them.
Matter families
| Matter family | Who usually searches | Typical phrasing | What the page has to do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Family petitions and green cards | Spouses, parents, adult children, fiances | "immigration lawyer near me for a green card", "how to get a green card through marriage", "tarjeta verde por matrimonio", "petition for my mother" | Explain the stages in plain language, name the documents people worry about and offer a calm way to talk to a person. |
| Work visas and employer sponsorship | Employers, HR staff, skilled workers, their spouses | "H-1B attorney", "PERM labor certification lawyer", "O-1 visa for my employee" | Show fluency with sponsoring employers and a clear path to a consult that respects a business schedule. |
| Naturalization and citizenship | Long-term residents, often well prepared | "citizenship test help", "N-400 lawyer", "can I apply for citizenship with a DUI" | Reassure, set expectations about review of history and make clear when a full file review is wise. |
| Humanitarian and asylum matters | Survivors, relatives, community advocates | "asylum lawyer", "visa for victims of crime", "VAWA help" | Lead with safety, privacy and confidentiality, in a tone that does not sound like selling. |
| Removal defense and detention | Family members at home, searching urgently | "abogado para deportación", "my husband is detained", "notice to appear what now" | Put a phone number first, state response times honestly and avoid anything that sounds like a promise. |
| Business, investor and student matters | Founders, international students, executives | "E-2 visa lawyer", "EB-5 attorney", "F-1 to H-1B change" | Speak to timing, documents and plans, with visible attorney credentials. |
| Waivers, status problems and corrections | People who think their case is hopeless | "unlawful presence waiver", "immigration lawyer for a waiver", "fix mistake on my green card application" | Acknowledge difficulty, avoid false comfort and invite a careful review. |
Your own file mix, the languages you can serve and the courts or offices you appear before decide which rows deserve the most attention. A list of last year's retained matters by type is the best starting document.

Trust
In many countries a notario is a highly trained legal professional. In the United States a notary public mostly witnesses signatures, and consumer-protection officials in several states have warned for years that some people use the word to suggest legal authority they do not have. Immigrant communities know this story. Many have a relative, a neighbor or a friend who paid for help that did not help.
A licensed attorney's marketing has to work against that background. It means showing bar admissions clearly, naming the attorneys with photographs, explaining what the first meeting is and what it costs, and saying plainly that government forms themselves are free to download from the agency. It means never implying a result, never using urgent countdown language and never copying the glossy tone of the operations people are warned about.
Privacy belongs in the same conversation. A visitor may fear that contacting a firm creates a record somewhere. Your site should say what you collect, how you keep it and who sees it, in short sentences in the visitor's language. A calm privacy paragraph beside a contact form often does more than another testimonial.
How we work
We ask who answers the phone, in which languages, and what happens with texts and voicemails. These answers decide whether more visibility turns into consultations.
We pair each case type you accept with the phrases clients really use, in both languages, and note the ones your bar or your capacity says to avoid.
Profile, citations, contact details and attorney pages are made accurate and consistent first, because every other channel leans on them.
We draft for your attorneys to review, never publishing legal statements without your approval.
Monthly reports connect each channel to calls and consultations as far as your own tracking allows, and we adjust from there.
News and timing
Immigration is unusual among legal fields because public attention can change overnight. A change in agency procedure, a court decision, an announcement about a visa category or a surge in news coverage can send many people to search at once, often with the same worried phrases. Firms that had already published careful, current, plainly worded pages are in a better position than firms that start writing after the news cycle moves on.
We never claim to know what policy will do, and we do not write about specific current rules unless your attorney supplies and approves the facts. What we do is help you keep standing pages for each matter family, a dated update habit so readers can see what is current, and a short process for pausing or revising ads and pages when your attorneys say something has changed. Pages that went stale are worse than no pages in this field, because a reader may act on them.
Reaching you
| Channel | Who tends to choose it | Strength | Watch for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phone call | Older clients, urgent matters, detention situations | Immediate human voice, easy to explain a story | Missed calls after hours and voicemail in only one language. |
| Text message or WhatsApp | Younger adults, families who live on messaging apps | Familiar, asynchronous, convenient across time zones | Confidentiality and record-keeping; review your bar guidance and the tool terms before using it for client matters. |
| Web form | Employers, students, professionals | Structured information, easy to route | Long forms and English-only labels that cause people to quit. |
| Video consultation | Clients far from the office, busy employers | Reaches across a state or beyond, no commute | Whether your licensing allows the matters and places you advertise. |
| Walk-in or referral visit | Neighborhood clients, referrals from community groups | Builds trust fastest | Posted hours, accessibility details and a reception person who can speak the language. |
Rules
Every state has its own professional conduct rules for lawyer advertising. They commonly address misleading statements, testimonials and past results, claims to be a specialist, how you describe fees, referral arrangements and contact with people who have not asked to hear from you. Immigration adds its own temptations, such as language that sounds like a promise of status or speed. We do not interpret your rules. We design plans so that your attorney can check each page, ad and profile before it appears, and we avoid wording that looks like an outcome promise.
We do not sell leads, buy cases, broker referrals or pay anyone for sending clients. Everything we build belongs to your firm and aims at people who choose to find you.
The first screen
People comparing an immigration lawyer ask silent questions in the first few seconds on a page. Is this a real office? Do they handle my kind of case? Will anyone speak my language? What will this cost me, and what happens if I call? A page that answers those, in that order, earns the call. Our design work puts those answers above the fold: a named attorney, the languages spoken, the matter types, a one-sentence description of the first consultation and a button that dials. Reviews, credentials and community ties follow below.
A visitor choosing an immigration lawyer should never have to hunt for a phone number, and a family member reading on a small screen should never have to pinch and zoom. When a firm offers video consultations, the page says so near the top, because many people looking for an immigration lawyer outside their own city need to know that the first meeting can happen from home. When the office speaks Spanish only on certain days, the page says that too. Honest detail at this stage prevents the disappointed call that costs a family a day and costs your intake team a morning.
The investment
Before you call
Think of three levers. RankGuarantee™ pages cost $495 monthly. Organic Growth is $1,495 (Silver), $2,495 (Gold) or $3,495 (Platinum), and Gold and Platinum come with a managed website. Ads are $895 monthly on one platform, $1,595 on two and $2,295 on three, and the ad budget itself goes to the platform. Billing is month to month, with no setup charge.
Because the buyer is often afraid, the decision involves a whole household and fraud is a real concern in the community. Pages, ads and profiles have to prove that a licensed attorney is behind them, and the phone has to be ready for more than one language.
We write and structure pages for each language you can serve, and your team or a qualified translator should review legal wording. We would rather publish fewer pages in a language you can staff than a full site that leads to a voicemail no one can answer.
No. No one can honestly promise either, and your bar may treat such claims as misleading. We promise a clear plan, visible work, monthly reporting and the freedom to leave.
No. We do not sell leads, buy them or broker case referrals. If a vendor offers payment for sending cases, take that to your bar or an ethics counsel before answering.
That depends on your bar's guidance, the tool's terms and what you ask people to send. We can place a text or WhatsApp contact option on your site, and we suggest keeping case details and documents for a secure channel your firm chooses.
Immigration cases are federal, but lawyer licensing and advertising are not, so wording such as "nationwide" should be checked with your bar. We write service-area language your attorney approves.
No. We are a marketing company. Your attorneys remain responsible for what is said about your practice.
